Terms of Service
1. General provisions
These Terms regulate the provision of web design, development, and digital consulting services by Arclo Designs OÜ ("Amvista"). Hiring our services implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Proposals and ordering
Projects commence upon written approval of a proposal and receipt of the initial deposit. Scope modifications will require a supplementary quote and revised timeline.
3. Payment terms
Method: Payments are accepted strictly via bank transfer (IBAN) to Arclo Designs OÜ's official account.
Structure: Payments consist of a non-refundable initial deposit prior to project launch, and a final payment before delivery or deployment.
Due date: Invoices have a standard 14-business-day due date. Payment delays may halt project development.
4. Intellectual property
Final deliverable: Upon 100% payment settlement, usage rights for the custom design and code are transferred to the client.
Internal assets: Amvista retains ownership over its internal frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components.
Portfolio right: Amvista reserves the right to display the completed work on amvista.es unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
5. Client materials
The client guarantees they hold usage rights for all content, text, images, and branding provided to Amvista.
6. Cancellation
If the client cancels unilaterally after work begins, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled due to sole fault of Amvista, unearned fees for unperformed work will be refunded.
7. Warranty and support
All projects include a post-launch warranty period (as defined in the proposal) to fix direct technical bugs. Additional changes or maintenance are quoted separately.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and EU digital services regulations. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of the provider's legal jurisdiction.
